Diversity Training on The Way for Papa John's
Papa John's CEO, Steve Richie announced mandatory diversity training for all its employees. With Papa John's team members and customers representing all walks of life and backgrounds, Mr. Richie believes this training is a necessity. This decision is one of the first of many key steps to rebuild the trust from Papa John's customers. The company will identify and retain an independent and external expert to audit all of their current processes and policies related to diversity, inclusion and overall culture.
Newly appointed Steve Richie states that he will personally lead this effort because the high level of importance of gaining trust, which he also states need to be earned.
