Downtown Raleigh, NC Parking...There's an App for That!

We all dislike visiting downtown Raleigh, especially on busy weekends...not because there's nothing to do, but because of parking. For years, residents and visitors have been requesting an app to make it easier to pay parking fees. Good news for downtown...the City of Raleigh announced that this fall, the Passport Parking app will launch!

The app will allow drivers to extend parking time, receive parking time reminders, receive parking receipts and view transaction history. Drivers will still have the availability to choose their method of parking; credit card or cash as the traditional method and now the app. This is great news for the City of Raleigh. The app is a free download and will be available on iPhone App Store and Google Play Store.
