Starting in January 2020, Raleigh Rolls is excited to launch a special "Chef Series" where the ice cream company plans to collaborate with Triangle area chefs and artisan food makers to launch monthly ice cream specials.  To kick the year off, Raleigh Rolls and Sassool Select - both located in the Morgan Street Food Hall - have perfected a recipe for specialty Baklava Ice Cream Rolls.

These delicious rolls have a creamy base with orange blossom water and crushed pistachios. Each order includes a piece of Sassool baklava on top, along with a Hershey's chocolate syrup drizzle and crushed pistachios for the perfect bite. The cost per serving is $8.

Noelle Scott and Simone Lawson, sisters and co-owners of Sassool Select, as well as the two Sassool locations in North Raleigh and Cary, are excited to see a traditional Sassool treat in a new way. Lawson states, "We're big fans of Raleigh Rolls and will be stopping in to get it ourselves!"

Enjoy this treat from now until Jan. 31, 2020 and follow @RaleighRolls on social media to learn more about the upcoming specialty collaboration rolls for February with Chef Teddy Diggs of Coronato Pizza.
