Business Mogul had the opportunity to try a few menu items during a private dinner, as a 4-course meal along with wine pairings. Course one consisted of White Oak Oyster Bar with Lucien Albrecht sparkling rose. The rose was the perfect pair with the fresh, raw oysters. A Caesar salad with blackened Farmer Focus chicken thigh paired with Chalk Hill chardonnay was also a hit. The last two courses were definitely a favorite. The spicy chicken fettuccine with Banshee pinot noir had the perfect amount of spice in the dish to get us ready for course four. The final course consisted of two burgers, the French chick and the Auckland chick paired with Roth cabernet.
