Raleigh Rolls launched their new "Chef Series," where the ice cream company collaborates with Triangle area chefs and artisan food makers to launch monthly ice cream specials. In February, Raleigh Rolls will collaborate with Chef-Owner Teddy Diggs of Coronato Pizza to turn his signature Coronato Tiramisu into a Raleigh Rolls creation.
